01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Flowix ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including trial and paid subscribers.

Flowix is operated by Nebulix Technologies FZE LLC (SPCFZ License No. 4429986.01; Formation No. 4429986), registered at Business Centre, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.

02 Description of Service

Flowix is a cloud-hosted agency operations platform. It enables production agencies to manage briefs, campaigns, pipelines, team tasks, estimates, commercial proposals, job orders, invoicing, accounts, and reports.

A 7-day free trial is available. Paid plans are $49/month (Standard) and $399/year (Yearly).

03 Paid Access

Paid subscriptions are processed via Stripe. Once payment is confirmed, access is automatically upgraded in your workspace.

04 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Flowix to:

• →Enter or process illegal content or fraudulent business records
• →Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the Service
• →Circumvent user or team limits through technical means
• →Use automated bots or scripts against the Service
• →Interfere with the security or integrity of the Service or other organisations

05 Intellectual Property

All code, design, branding, and content of Flowix is owned by Nebulix. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your agency operations.

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into Flowix — briefs, campaigns, jobs, invoices, client records, and financial data.

06 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Business decisions, financial entries, and proposals should be reviewed by qualified staff before acting on them.

07 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nebulix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of business data. We recommend regular data exports.

08 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Sharjah, UAE.
