This policy explains when refunds are available for Flowix subscriptions and related Nebulix services.
Refunds may be requested within 7 days of the first paid purchase if the workspace has not been materially used for live agency operations.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Payment providers and banks may take additional time to post the refund.
Email [email protected] from the purchase email. Include the app name (Flowix), account email, payment reference, purchase date, and reason for the request.
Please contact Nebulix before opening a chargeback so we can investigate and resolve the issue. Unresolved payment disputes may result in workspace suspension while the dispute is reviewed.
